The FSET Career Services team works "behind the scenes", supporting our case managers and customers as they navigate the labor market. We establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, communicating with these businesses on behalf of our job-seeking FSET customers -- YOU!

Ruthie Lesch
Supervisor
Ruthie oversees the Career Services team for the NorthCentral FSET region. She has many years' experience working as a case manager for the FEST program, and now works in a supervisory capacity.
