FSET Enrollment

To enroll in the FSET program, you must be a recipient of FoodShare and be age 16 or older.  You must enroll with an FSET case manager. This can be completed in person or, when an accommodation is needed, over the phone.

NorthCentral FSET Region

​Adams, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Vilas and Wood counties.
