What is FSET?
The FoodShare Employment & Training (FSET) Program is a VOLUNTARY employment and training program for recipients of FoodShare in Wisconsin. The primary goal of the FSET program is to help people gain employment. This goal is achieved by helping people increase skills and education and overcome barriers to employment. Ultimately, YOUR goals are OUR goals.

NorthCentral FSET Region
Wood County Human Services Department and CW Solutions partner together to provide the FSET program in Adams, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, Portage, Vilas and Wood Counties.
WestCentral FSET Region
CW Solutions is the new provider for FSET services in Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, and St. Croix counties as of Monday, September 30, 2024.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (833) 620-1071, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to:
