
What is an Employer Partner?
Employer Partners are businesses who are interested in connecting with prospective job seekers for hiring purposes. FSET's Career Services Specialists form and maintain relationships with these businesses with the goal of facilitating a professional connection and advocating for customers seeking employment opportunities.
Career Service Specialists can advocate for customers by sending referrals for employment and job retention, ask employers for feedback regarding applications and interviews, and clarify questions related to hiring needs, shift availability and may other details.
How to Become an Employer Partner
An Employer Partnership is a free and voluntary connection between FSET and local employers. Employer Partners enjoy a range of free benefits just for partnering with FSET, including referral-based connections to job seekers, promotion on our website, and direct invitations to area hiring events.
